Carleton Icon, Bond’s Customer Service Specialist, has a background in cosmetology that spans over 30 years. Although retired from the beauty industry since 2019, Carleton has returned to the salon floor to manage client relations. His longstanding experience with everything hair gives him a unique perspective into what quality customer satisfaction should look like. He has worked in both Europe and the United States, doing everything from styling hair during NY Fashion Week to running his own salon. In Carleton’s present role, it is his pleasure to make sure your visit to Bond Salon is both beautifying and fulfilling.
