DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
If your appointment is being held at 44 Hudson Place, we encourage our clients to park in the lot across the street. For another alternative, there’s street parking and you can pay by downloading the ParkMobile app. Street parking applies for both salon locations. Below we will provide you with the parking garages that are most convenient for your reference.
SP Plus Parking: 58 Hudson Street
1 Washington Street Parking: 62 Observer Highway
Laz Parking: 51 Garden Street
100 Sinatra Drive Garage: 100 Sinatra Drive
Most convenient for our new location: W Hotel: 225 River St.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
At Bond, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our valued customers effectively, we have
implemented a 24-hour notice cancellation policy. This policy applies to all appointments scheduled with our salon.
Clients are required to provide a valid credit card number and authorization to hold their appointment at the time of booking their service. The credit card on file will not be charged at the time of booking. It is securely stored in our system and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as outlined below.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: If a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours or fails to show up for their appointment the following charges will apply:
No shows will be charged at the full-service price.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50 % of the service price.

CAN I TIP ON MY CREDIT CARD?
We strongly encourage our clients to tip in cash, however, we offer an alternative option by providing you with our staff’s Venmo codes at the end of your service.
DO YOU HAVE ALTERNATIVE METHODS TO BE CONTACTED?
We offer texting for your convenience. It is available 24/7 and someone from the front desk will respond during the hours of operation. Text us at 551-278-8467.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH STYLIST IS THE BEST SUITED FOR MY HAIR?
As an education based salon, we request new clients to share images. This allows us to conduct a virtual consultation with our stylists/colorists, ensuring the service is booked correctly.
Each stylist and colorist specializations are also linked on our website and through Instagram.
HOW DO I BOOK A COPPOLA OR EXTENSION SERVICE?
Our Coppola and extension services are tailored to each individual. A Free consultation is requested before booking each service appointment. Upon making your Coppola appointment, we require a $100 refundable deposit that will go towards your service the day of.
In terms of extensions, we provide options from both Bellami and Glam Seamless.
ARE BLOW DRY SERVICES INCLUDED IN COLOR SERVICES?
Color services do not include a blow dry. If an apprentice is available, we provide a complimentary rough dry, allowing our clients to assess the front pieces. Clients can add a blow dry to their color appointment with one of our stylists as an additional service if someone is available.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER IN THE SALON?
We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment for “in salon” services.

Policies
At BOND, our priority is ensuring that every client leaves our salon feeling satisfied with their hair service. To uphold our commitment to excellence and address any concerns that may arise, we have established the following Redo Hair Service and No Refund Policy:
Redo Hair Service Time Period Service Guarantee: As an Education based company we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to addressing any issues that may arise with your hair service.
1. Redo Offer: If you are dissatisfied with your hair service, we offer a one time
redo appointment within 7 days of the original service date. During this redo appointment, our stylists will work with you to make adjustments and ensure your satisfaction.
2. Scheduling Redo Appointments: To schedule a redo appointment, please
contact our salon reception. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling preferences.
No Refund Policy:
No Refunds: In adherence to our policy, we do not offer refunds for hair services rendered. Instead, we are committed to addressing any concerns through redo appointments to ensure your complete satisfaction.
