Do you offer parking?

We encourage our clients to park in the lot across the street from our salon; also, there is street parking and you can pay by downloading the ParkMobile app.

Can I tip on my credit card?

We encourage clients to tip in cash, however we do offer the alternative method of adding gratuity to your credit cards.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
  • Less than 24 hour notice is considered a “late cancellation” and will result in a charge 50% or more depending on the scheduled service(s).
  • If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).
  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
  • To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

Do you have alternative methods to be contacted?

We offer texting for your convenience. It is available 24/7 and someone will respond during our operation hours. Text us at 551-278-8467.

Do you offer services outside of the salon?

Our agency offers bespoke services including but not limited to weddings, photo shoots, and corporate events through our agency contact.

How do I know which stylist is the best suited for my hair?

We are an education based salon. Each stylist and colorist specializations are linked on our website and through Instagram.

How do I book a coppola or extension service?

Our Coppola and extension services are tailored to each individual. A Free consultation is requested before booking each service appointment.   

Pet policy

At Bond we love our four legged friends, but unfortunately no animals are allowed in the salon.

Are blow dry services included in color services?

Color services do not include a blow dry. If an apprentice is available, they can rough dry your hair complimentary. Clients can add a blow dry to their color service with one of our stylists.

What payment methods do you offer in the salon?

We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment for “in salon” services.
