Luz Jiminian’s passion for beauty began long before she stepped behind the chair. As a child, she was already experimenting with hair famously cutting her own bangs before kindergarten photos and her grandmother quickly recognized what would become her calling. What started as styling dolls and family members evolved into a career fueled by creativity, connection, and a genuine love for helping people feel their best.
With seven years in the beauty industry, Luz has built her reputation on creating meaningful relationships and delivering personalized experiences that go far beyond great hair. She believes every appointment should feel like a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Her thoughtful consultations, attention to detail, and warm personality allow her to create customized results while building lasting connections with the people who sit in her chair.
Before joining BOND, Luz spent nearly six years refining her craft and developing the strong work ethic that continues to drive her growth today. She is passionate about continuously improving her technical skills, particularly in precision haircutting, while expanding her expertise as both a stylist and makeup artist.
What Luz loves most about BOND is being surrounded by a team of talented artists who inspire her to keep learning and elevating her craft. She strives to contribute to the salon’s welcoming and collaborative culture by ensuring every guest feels comfortable, confident, and excited about their experience.
Outside the salon, you can find her hiking, working out, watching anime and documentaries, spending time with family and friends, caring for her cats, or attending a hot Pilates class. Whether she’s creating a fresh new look or simply providing a listening ear, Luz’s goal is always the same: to help her clients leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.
