Janelle is a NY based makeup artist specializing in creative design. Born and raised in Newark, NJ and artistic in nature, attending the School of Visual Arts was a natural fit. This is where she began to use makeup to articulate her originality. She went on to work as a full-time makeup artist for MAC and later on, Urban Decay, teaching artistry tips, tricks, and techniques. To refine her craft even further, Janelle attended Make-Up Designory, completing the multimedia program there. During this intensive training, she designed makeup for a wide range of characters and photo shoots. Since then, she has worked as a junior artist for Yahoo! Finance News, as a collaborator on NYFW, and on various weddings. Janelle strives to educate her clients while making them feel confident in their own skin.
