Hailing from Buffalo, NY, Heather moved to NJ twelve years ago where she studied Cosmetology at Robert Fiance Beauty Schools and trained in Technical Color at Toni & Guy. Having been dubbed “The Blonde Fairy,” she specializes in everything blonde and especially enjoys a good, creative color correction. She particularly appreciates the artistic process that comes with using hair as a creative outlet and a natural accessory.
