Courtney brings both artistry and academic depth to the craft of hair color. A graduate of Rutgers University with honors (BA, Cum Laude double major in History and Ancient Civilizations; minor in Psychology), she later pursued her creative passion by earning her cosmetology license in 2019.
She holds certifications as a L’Oréal Color Specialist and in the advanced Airtouch technique under Vladimir Sarbashev, with further Airtouch training from Danilo Bozic. Her continued education includes mentorship from some of the industry’s leading colorists Maggie Hancock, Michelle Zeller, Naeemah LaFond, Monique McMahon, and Natalie McKell.
Courtney specializes in gray blending and coverage, Airtouch highlights, redheads, Blonding specialist and complex color corrections. Her approach is always rooted in achieving color that is natural, durable, and personal. She tailors every look to the individual, taking into account face shape, hair texture, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
Her love of fashion history and trend forecasting informs her creative process , she strives to create hair that feels fresh and current, while also echoing a touch of nostalgia. Whether correcting color, building a long-term plan, or enhancing natural beauty, Courtney’s ultimate goal is to help each client look and feel like the best version of themselves.
