Our Three
Signature Stylist Levels
Art Director
These stylists are graduates of Bond’s rigorous Essentials Program and have passed a formal Showcase Presentation to begin working behind the chair. Art Directors are still in advanced mentorship and are steadily building their artistry. This tier includes stylists at two internal levels, reflected in slight pricing differences—but always delivering great value and strong fundamentals.
Creative Director
Our Creative Directors bring several years of experience, advanced certifications, and consistent, high-level results. Many are specialists in techniques such as balayage, precision cutting, or corrective color, and play a key role in mentoring junior talent. This tier includes stylists at two levels, based on expertise and client demand.
Top Stylist
The highest tier at Bond. These elite artists are recognized industry leaders, educators, and innovators. With extensive experience, a strong creative vision, and a reputation for excellence, Top Stylists deliver editorial-caliber transformations and lead the artistic direction of the salon. This level also includes two internal pricing tiers based on tenure and availability.
