Had a great experience going to Bond for the first time for a haircut. I was offered something to drink right away an decided on tea. My stylist was Emma who was ready for me as soon as I was checked in. She asked me about what wanted and about my concerns and addressed it all. I sometimes go over board and cut it more than I like and so she knew to be conservative on my length. I love the end result! I feel that my hair looks so much healthier. I also didn't feel pressured to add on services or buy products which is a plus. I will definitely be back again!
